This site is intended to be fun for all, and useful to some. The hobby of restoring old tube radios is practiced by many in North America and I am proud to join those who have taken the next step, by reflecting their passion on the web.  Hello! to fellow members of OKVRC in Oklahoma and SPARC in Coquitlam, BC.

This site is not complete. It has only a hint of what is to come. Please be patient and check back once a week, if you like.

Software used to create this site was MicroSoft FrontPage2003 with assistance from MicroSoft Press's Publication called Step By Step FrontPage2003 c/w CD. ISBN 0-7356-1519-5. Don took more than a few courses in his time and he couldn't say enough good about the Step By Step book..... ah!.... a few minor typos.... but overall a page turner of a book! Unusual for a teaching tome. Well done.

This is his first (and last) website design after taking 20 days to work through the above book as a training adjunct to Mr. Gordon Routley's six 1.5 hour classes on FrontPage held at Chilliwack's Elder College, for 50 something's. Thanks Gord.

Once Don finally got the technique of using Frames_Templates he was off to the races. As he learned more sophisticated use of the FrontPage tools Don had hoped this site would improve.

The picture of a vacuum tube is used as a background on some pages. It is a 6K7-G. Speaking of pictures, Don knew the current pix of a few radios are lousy pictures and he intended to find the best non-flash technique before too many more pictures were taken. But for now at least he had something.... (ED: another project he didn't get to finish)

Happy oggling.... and remember....always wire for the least smoke...!
